The Chowan County Democratic Party invites the public to attend the official campaign kickoffs for Kathleen Miglorie, a candidate for Commissioner and Kristy LaLonde, a candidate for Sheriff. The event will be held from 2-4 p.m. April 19, 2026, at Edenton Bay Trading Company, 407 S. Broad Street, Edenton.

This kickoff event marks the beginning of their campaigns and will highlight their vision, priorities, and commitment to serving the people of Chowan County. Attendees will hear directly from the candidate, meet supporters, and learn how to get involved in the campaigns.

The free event is open to the public. Community members, local leaders, and supporters are encouraged to attend and be part of this important moment as the campaign gets underway.
