EDENTON-CHOWAN EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION

The Edenton-Chowan Educational Foundation is excited to announce that Brooke Rich has been contracted to be its new executive director.
In her new role, Rich will be responsible for uncovering educational needs in Chowan County and working with the Foundation Board in managing resources to meet those needs.
A resident of Chowan County and mother of two students in Edenton-Chowan Public Schools, Rich is well known in the community from her days as a pharmacist at Walgreens. For the past several years, Brooke has been a dedicated volunteer at White Oak and D.F. Walker, working directly with students and sitting on the School Improvement Team.

Her contributions at Team WOW include serving as a volunteer, actively participating on the School Improvement Team, engaging in the calendar committee, and providing tutoring to students. She has played a vital role in fostering a positive school culture. Always seeking new ways to support our schools, Mrs. Rich is a passionate advocate for both students and educators.
